Katrina Cokeng

Katrina is the Co-Founder and CEO of Xen, the first-of-its-kind wealth management platform enabling affluent investors access to alternative investments to achieve active returns. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Xen, Katrina spearheads the strategic direction of the business and oversees products, partnerships, business development, marketing, investor relations, client servicing, and fundraising. Prior to Xen, she co-founded and scaled Oriente, a leading digital finance platform in Southeast Asia, from inception in 2017 to over 500 people across 7 offices.

Katrina brings over 15 years of global experience in strategy, investment banking & private equity - at McKinsey and Co., Merrill Lynch and Pomona Capital. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Manish Sansi

Manish is the Co-Founder and COO of Xen and manages the business operations across investments, compliance and strategy for the firm. He also oversees the operational framework of the business model and ensures its alignment with the regulatory and technical capabilities.

Manish is also the Founder and CEO of Algante Technologies, creating AI-based trading algorithms used by leading hedge funds globally. His platform has generated 50+% annual returns over the last five years. Manish previously worked with Deutsche Bank’s credit prop team and a proprietary fund in India from which he drew inspiration for his trading solution. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.


Andrei Karpushonak

Andrei is the Chief Technology Officer of Xen and is responsible for the technology and security infrastructure. Prior to Xen, he was the founder of SolidBitcoin, a blockchain consultancy writing Smart Contracts for clients in Europe, such as Numex Exchange and EQUI. He has extensive experience in blockchain and software architecture for fintechs and exchanges.

Andrei brings a wealth of technology experience, having worked at large corporations and start-ups in Poland, Gibraltar, and Spain. He designs and builds robust and scalable solutions for a variety of concepts with a particular focus on blockchain related technology. He is a champion of the crypto community, having organized CryptoMarbella meetups in Southern Spain.

Chief Commercial Officer

William Ting

As Chief Commercial Officer, William takes a multidisciplinary approach in creating competitive advantages for Xen, maximizing all revenue-generating activities of Xen in a scalable and responsibly innovative manner and leading Xen’s global regulatory licensing and intellectual property initiatives.

Admitted in the State Bar of California in 1998, William is skilled in applying his legal knowledge & experience with an entrepreneurial mindset to help technology unicorns (such as Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited), accredited and qualified institutional investors develop, protect, adapt and monetize commercial opportunities in emerging technologies with high integrity and sound risk management.

He draws upon a wealth of experience in the business-friendly application of U.S. intellectual property, trade secrets, capital raising, and M&A law to help Xen forge its legacy of harmonizing traditional finance & investments with 21st century digital assets and evolving technologies. He graduated from Cornell University (B.A. 1991) and Loyola Law School (J.D. 1998).


Yong Hak Huh

Mr. Huh is Founder and CEO of First Bridge Strategy Limited. Prior to establishing First Bridge in 2015, Mr. Huh was the first Chief Investment Officer of Private Markets and Direct Investment at Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from 2008 to 2014. At HKMA, he pioneered and managed an alternative asset portfolio comprised of a diverse range of private equity funds, co-investments, secondaries, distressed credit, technology venture funds, and real estate on a global basis. Prior to HKMA, Mr. Huh was Head of Financial Institutions Group for Asia and Head of Korea Investment Banking Division of HSBC from 2004 to 2008. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Huh was a Partner at Olympus Capital, a private equity firm focused on Asian investments. Previously, he worked at J.P. Morgan in various senior positions in New York, Seoul, and Hong Kong.
